Mixed Football Team at Molineux

Today was a great day for our mixed football team. Never played as a team in competition yet their first one was at The Molineux. Definitely throwing them in at the deep end and to be honest my expectation was for them to learn and enjoy the experience but these pupils did not get the memo. They lost 2-1, 1-0 and I was impressed as those games could have gone either way. I knew the next game was hard as the opposition had won 3 games with rugby scores, so losing 4-0 was expected but it was a cracking game. Last match we won! Please keep in mind we are playing teams who are established and play regularly. It was a joy to watch. Well done!
