Girls’ Football in Schools

On Tuesday, D’Eyncourt were invited to Grand Station in Wolverhampton to a ceremony to celebrate Equal Access – Girls’ Football in Schools.

D’Eyncourt works incredibly hard to provide equal access and opportunities to girls in our curriculum and through extra-curricular clubs. Staff work extremely hard to organise and offer a variety of clubs, tournaments and experiences for all of the pupils at D’Eyncourt so that as many as possible can have the chance to participate in a variety of sports.

England Women continue to inspire a nation after being crowned European Champions in 2022. They ensure that all girls can dream of one day being a Lioness by having the opportunity to play at school. We hope one day a D’Eyncourt pupil has that moment! #LetGirlsPlay
