EU Settlement Scheme Information
If you are an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen, you and your family members are able to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK. This scheme allows you and your family members to get the immigration status you will need to continue to live, work and study in the UK in 2020.
You will need to complete a short online application form using a computer, tablet or mobile phone. It is free to apply. Application guidance can be found on GOV.UK. Once you have read the guidance (available in 26 languages), start your application at gov.uk/apply-eu-settled-status.
